Warranty Information:

• Warranty Period starts at date of distribution.
• Warranty is against manufacturer's defects only.
• Damage caused by installation of our bulbs or other products is not covered.
• We may not have replacements on hand for your warranty. We will not be doing special orders for warranties. Keep your OE bulbs to use in the event there is a delay until the next group buy to get your warrantied bulbs.
• Warranty may be extended based on exceptional circumstances by our sole discretion.

Installation of any lighting that is not direct OE replacement should use a relay and fused power to prevent damage to the lighting or the car's electrical system. We will not cover under warranty any bulb or assembly that has not been installed using this method.

Warranty:

LED Head light bulbs: All LED Headlight Bulbs:
If you put them in and they don't work immediately, we will replace the bulb. If the colour is mismatched we will replace them. There is no warranty beyond the original installation.

Halogen Head light bulbs: Super White and Yellow, excluding 100W Superwhite Bulbs:
One month free replacement. Multiple blowouts in a short period of time indicate either faulty installation method or other electrical problems such as voltage dips or spikes, and won't be covered.

Halogen Head light bulbs: 100W Super White and all other colours and wattages:
If you put them in and they don't work immediately, we will replace the bulb. There is no warranty beyond the original installation.

LED Bulbs: All
Unmodified bulbs will be warranted for a period of two months against partial or complete failure (one or multiple burned out individual LEDs) and against colour change.

Occasionally the colour of pairs of LEDs will not match. This has only historically happened with SuperWhite LEDs. Please let us know immediately and we will exchange the bulbs for a pair that matches.

Incandescent Marker and Interior Bulbs:
One month warranty. If bulbs has been subject to abuse or excessive vibration we will deny warranty.

Strobe, Underbody Neon and LED, and LED light strips:
one month warranty on manufacturer defects. Any bulb or assembly used outside the car will not be warranted if any damage from debris or moisture is present, or if installation was not according to guidelines.

All other bulbs:
One month
